Low carbon and renewable energy solutions

Our environmental engineering group can produce an Energy Strategy report that will demonstrate we have given thorough consideration to all zero and low carbon CO2 technologies (site wide applications and individual building applications) that could be technically employed to meet a proportion of the building energy demand, as determined by the energy targets set by local planning policy and / or by Client aspiration to simply improve upon the ‘build as usual’.

The building energy demand will be established using IES Virtual Environment energy modelling software rather than published benchmarks and will show the energy and CO2 savings that can be made through energy efficiency measures, efficient supply of energy (such as combined heat & power) and incorporation of a variety of renewable energy sources. The report will set out the preferred energy strategy.
